Refund and Returns Policy

At Generic India Pharmacy, we value your trust and strive to provide you with genuine medicines and healthcare products. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be provided.


1. Medicines and Healthcare Products

  • Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases of:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Expired product
    • Damaged or defective product at the time of delivery

2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • Order number and invoice
  • Clear pictures of the product(s) received
  • Reason for return/refund request

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used medicines
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulin, vaccines)
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene items)

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
