1. Medicines and Healthcare Products
- Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product
- Damaged or defective product at the time of delivery
2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:
- Order number and invoice
- Clear pictures of the product(s) received
- Reason for return/refund request
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used medicines
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulin, vaccines)
- Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene items)
4. Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
